· Coordinate and follow up regarding availability of Tech pack, product designs & specifications, patterns and size chart etc. · Follow up production on Prototypes samples & PP samples according to correct information · Ensure timely dispatch of prototypes and PP samples to get development approval process · Follow up customer feedback& comments improvement to ensure smooth and timely transition from development to production.
