We ensure that all products to be shipped from a supplier’s facility and the quality, quantity, packaging and labeling conform to the requirements of the Purchase Order provided by the customers.

In order to ensure and deliver quality products to our valuable customers, we are deeply involved in manufacturing process to maintain some sort of quality assurance or quality control plan and procedures. Our quality control procedures include on-site inspection, Material, Fabric inspection, in-line production inspection, and a per-shipment final inspection and keep updates to concerned buyers. We assure regular in-line audits and manufacturing walk -throughs to regular review process and quality.

We assure to deliver the quality as per customer satisfaction and implement quality processes on all stages that strive to deliver first rate products every time as per International standards.
A final quality inspection is carried out and a clearance certificate issued. The quality report is sent to the buyer for approval prior to shipment.

To improve quality and sustainability, we closely monitor &analysis factory internal quality in line data and final inspection data to correlate with our internal in- line and final inspection data and assist manufacturer in developing action plans to reduce the defect rate continuously.
